How soon will I have my choice in the house?
For delivery times of choices, you can use this rule of thumb
- E-tickets, digital gift cards and online credits: most within one hour, but no longer than 24 hours.
- Stock items: delivered within five business days
- Customized items*: delivered within two weeks
- Books: delivered within five working days
- Magazines: depending on next publication date, usually within two to four weeks
Can I make multiple choices?
That depends on how the Pluim is composed. The client (we usually refer to the "giver" of the Pluim) can communicate wishes regarding the Pluim to us. Depending on the assortment choices and the option to pay extra, you may only be able to make one choice.
I haven't received my choice yet. What now?
First consult our delivery times. Haven't received your choice after that period? Please contact with us, stating your details and order number. We will then inquire about the delivery time with our supplier. You will receive a written response from us via email.
