The Revenge of the Fury is the fourth part about Sparrow and Captain Kwaadbaard by two-time Children's Jury winner Kevin Hassing. With his adventures about the tough orphan girl and her pirate friends, Kevin won the Children's Jury in the 10+ category in both 2022 and 2023. The attractive full-colour illustrations are by Linde Faas.

After their adventure with De Amorphe, Mus and her friends are back in Zeeburgerdam. There they discover that Venezuela is possessed by an evil fury that wants revenge on her killer. Sparrow, Captain Badbeard, Crooked Kareltje and De Buffel must quickly banish the fury. With the help of little powder monkey Raven, the special pub owner Manke Melissa and the merciless bounty hunter Twenty, they travel to the Valley of the Lost Souls. Apparently there is someone wandering around there who knows more about the fury. Every second counts, because not only Venezuela, but everyone around her is in great danger...

The first part about Sparrow, The 5 Snakes, was nominated for the Hotze de Roos Prize and was on the Tip List of the Children's Jury 2021. This was followed by The Course to the Kraken, awarded the Children's Jury 2022, and De Amorphe, awarded the Children's Jury 2023 .
