HOW@home online sports platform
Working out at home is totally in! Especially now that you can get the same results at home as you do in the gym. With this package you receive 1 month unlimited access to the  HOW@home app, the online sports platform in the Netherlands with more than one hundred Dutch-language workouts. HOW@home is suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes, young and old, men and women! The instructors at HOW@home are Dutch and ensure that every participant is challenged at his or her level. There is a large library of workouts to choose from; everything for your desired goal and level. There are dozens of workouts that do not require any fitness equipment. You can choose from fitness training, HIIT, boxing, personal training, pilates and yoga. Of course you also have access to all the House of Workouts group classes that you might know from the gym. That means you can do unlimited XCORE, BRN and LXR from home. Anyone can get started, all you need is a smartphone and/or laptop and a dose of healthy energy!

XCO trainer
The XCO tube is the perfect fitness tool for beginner and advanced athletes. Training with the XCO tube is safe: you train your muscles, improve your condition, burn calories, strengthen your connective tissue and you maintain strong bones. The exercises you perform with the XCO tube cause the grit in the tube to move from side to side, creating the so-called "reactive impact" training effect. Your body has to work to stay in balance despite the moving mass (the grit in the tube), so you continuously train the muscles in your abdomen, back, arms and shoulders. The bigger you move, the heavier the training gets. As a beginner you can slowly build up with a small movement radius and slowly challenge yourself a little more each workout!
