Where in the basic game mainly North American birds are used, in this game we see more familiar birds. These European bird cards bring new properties and challenges and can be shuffled with those of the basic game

In this first expansion of Wingspan we enlarge our view on the world by adding the many, beautiful and diverse birds of Europe. These birds have all sorts of new properties that increase player interaction or add new actions at the end of a round. Some birds can benefit from excess food. All cards are designed to fit through the stacks of thebasic game (and future expansions)
base game (and future expansions) can be shuffled.

This expansion includes an additional box to store the growing collection of birds (current and new), 15 purple egg miniatures, additional food tokens, and a score pad to keep track of scores for solo and multiplayer games.
