The 5 drying racks allow you to dry several items at the same time or a larger quantity of one product. 
Swap the racks during drying for optimal results. The dehydrator has three temperature settings: 55℃ / 65℃ / 75℃.

The Dehydrator blows warm dry air from top to bottom along the drying racks. The duration of the drying process depends on what, how and where you dry it. 
In a humid area it takes longer than in a dry area. Also, the thinner the slices the faster they dry.
